All of our documents are created in Adobe Portable Document Format (pdf).  

• You need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your machine to view and print these documents.  The latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is available to download from Adobe's web site.  
  Please note:
  Adobe Acrobat Reader program is a large file (over 8 MB) and could take a half hour or more to download if you have a slow Internet connection.
