SkillPlan Order Process

  1. Use the Online Order Form to submit your order to SkillPlan, or print out the PDF Order Form to fax or mail. Or fax your Purchase Order to (604) 436-1149.
  2. Enter the number of each publication you are ordering into the Qty column.
  3. Fill out your Contact Information in the Online Order Form.
  4. Fill out your Shipping Address.
  5. Fill out your Billing Address or check the Same As Above box.
  6. Select a method of Payment (cheque is preferred).
  7. Enter any comments into the Comments / Special Instructions area.
  8. Click the Send This Order button or press the Enter key.
  9. Your order will be received by for review and processing the following business days.

The preferred method of payment is by cheque or money order.  An invoice will be sent to the billing address, due upon receipt in Canadian Dollars.  Credit card payments are accepted, and are processed online securely through PayPal.  A valid email address is required.  For details about the PayPal process click here. You may be required to pay before your order is shipped.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.  Xpresspost and Priority Courier are available if you require your order sooner.  Email to request the cost of faster shipping methods for your order. Orders are usually processed next business day. Orders are shipped from the Vancouver area. Shipping costs are based on parcel weight and speed of delivery.

Orders may be returned in good condition at the customer’s expense.  Returns are subject to a restocking fee, in addition to the initial shipping & handling charges. Contact to request a return.
